# Refunds

If Plainkeep Pro is not right for you, you can have your money back within 30 days of buying it. No questions asked.

## How to ask

Email support@plainkeep.app from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. Include your order number if you have it.

The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Lemon Squeezy. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 working days.

## What happens to your notes

Nothing. Every note stays where it is, in your file on your Mac. After a refund the licence key can no longer be activated, so please deactivate it in Settings.

## After 30 days

Write to us anyway if something is wrong. If Plainkeep does not work on your Mac as this site describes, we will fix it or refund you.
